Join us for a transformative gathering organized for worship leaders, pastors, worship teams, musicians and creatives.
Worship Well Conference is a gathering of worshipers, musicians, creatives, worship leaders, and worship teams who desire more than routine and are hungry for a fresh encounter with God. Our heart is to inspire, reignite passion, and equip participants with both practical and spiritual tools needed to serve and lead well.
Day 1 – Night of Worship
We will begin with a powerful evening set apart for those who are thirsty to come and drink from Jesus. This sacred gathering is designed to refresh worshipers and those who lead others, creating space for a renewed encounter with the presence of God.
Day 2 – Worship Bootcamp
This focused day is designed to educate, equip, and empower worship pastors, leaders, teams, and creatives. Whether you are a seasoned worship leader, a team member, a musician, a creative, or simply passionate about growing in your understanding of worship, this experience is for you.
Worship Well Conference is more than an event—it is an encounter that fuels growth and imparts the spiritual depth and strength needed to lead with anointing and serve with excellence.

Who is Worship Well Conference for?
Worship Well conference is a gathering for worshipers, worship leaders, pastors, musicians, songwriters, creatives and production teams. We encourage you to attend even if you don’t serve in the worship ministry because we are all worshipers first. We believe Worship well conference is a place to deepen our relationship with God and be refreshed in His presence. Come for a fresh encounter and a life changing experience with God.
When and where is the conference being held?
April 17th and 18th at Everybody Growing Church, located at 2031 Stittsville Main St Ottawa, K2S 1B8.
Will there be a livestream of the conference?
No. Worship Well Conference will be an in-person only conference this year.
Is there reserved seating for the event?
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to get your preferred seat.
I would love to attend but I cannot afford it. What can I do?
We don’t want finances to be a barrier that prevents anyone from attending. Please send an email to hello@wrshipwell.com and we will be glad to help.
Are meals provided at the conference?
Light snacks will be provided at the Worship Well Bootcamp session on April 5th. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area.
Do you have marketing material to promote Worship Well Conference?

Can I volunteer at the event?

Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. There is parking at the venue and more free parking options close to the venue.
Will childcare be provided?
Unfortunately, we will not be facilitating childcare during the conference but children are welcome to attend for free.
Are Tickets refundable?
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. To transfer your ticket, please email hello@wrshipwell.com.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes we have discount for groups of 5 which can be purchased from the ticket page. For discounts for groups of 10 or more, please send us email at: hello@wrshipwell.com
